Requirements

To become a Certified Carrier, you must have: 6 months of Common or Contract Authority

Interstate Authority

To become a Certified Carrier, you must have:
6 months of Common or Contract Authority
Satisfactory Safety Score (will also accept NONE)

Insurance Certificate

A copy of insurance certificate with the maximum cargo limit you have coverage for and that meets the other minimum requirements below. Certificates must be submitted from your insurance provider (agent)

Maximum Cargo Coverage Carried (will not accept coverage less than $100,000)
$1,000,000 Auto Coverage
$1,000,000 General Liability

Once you receive your setup link, you will be prompted to complete
